Salary Range: $47,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well with a variety of clients and partners.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Time Management: Proven ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.

Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.

Technology: Proficiency with event management software and tools.

Responsibilities

Event Planning: Coordinate and oversee all logistics related to the event planning efforts to ensure successful execution of events.

Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure event essentials.

Budget Management: Work within provided budget constraints, ensuring financial efficiency without compromising event quality.

Guest Relations: Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all attendees, providing excellent customer service and support.

On-site Coordination: Manage event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all elements progress seamlessly.

Post-event Analysis: Gather feedback and conduct post-event reviews to inform future event planning and strategy.
