Job Overview

PNC AND LIFE LICENSED AGENT WITH CURRENT LIFE INSURANCE SALES TRACK RECORD OF SUCESS

We are seeking for a passionate, self-driven leader, with at least 3 years experience in the Insurance Industry. ( Preferably with Farmers, Allstate, or Statefarm )

As the life insurance producer you will cross sell to our existing customers ( 300 plus current life insurance clients and over 4000 Personal lines Policies with potential opportunities ) and you will also be given hot leads from social media and other sources. You must have a proven current track record selling Term, whole life, universal life, and Index Universal life insurance. Minimum 12 month rolling expectation will be 50K and or 50 applications.

MUST HAVE A CURRENT VERIFIABLE SALES RECORD FOR LIFE SALES, BY POLICY TYPE, AND MONTH BY MONTH FOR THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

Salary Range: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty and Life and Health insurance license is required
  • Must be knowledgeable in life insurance,( PERSONAL LINES PREFERRED)
  • Have the drive to be successful and improve skills / Goal Oriented
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities
  • advance sales, underwriting, and product knowledge. 
  • Meet monthly / quarterly new business production goals and objectives as established. 
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. 
  • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, , and lead databases.
  • Conduct consultative sales presentation to new and existing clients
  • Analyze, clarify and resolve intermediate policy and account related questions from internal and external clients.
