Ideal candidates have strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills, a positive team-oriented attitude, and experience in customer service or administration (insurance experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person). Requirements
  • Active California Property & Casualty license (or willingness to become licensed we pay for licensing).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven customer service or administrative experience, ideally in an office or client-facing environment.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management skills with high attention to accuracy.
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude with the ability to learn insurance products and support upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls, responding to emails, and assisting clients with policy questions and coverage needs.
  • Support policy servicing including processing applications, policy changes, renewals, payments, and basic claims assistance.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products that benefit the client.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, organized recordkeeping, and general office coordination.
  • Perform accurate data entry and assist with light underwriting and compliance documentation while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
