Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess an active Illinois Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales, preferably in a bilingual environment.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and another language, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both.

Customer-Focused: Strong commitment to providing top-notch client service and addressing client needs efficiently.

Remote Work Skills: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote setup while maintaining productivity and collaboration.

Team Collaboration: Ability to function well within a team, contributing positively to the agency's goals.

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and other related software to support client relationship management.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.

Sales Process: Initiate contact with potential clients, conducting needs assessments to propose relevant insurance plans successfully.

Policy Customization: Design comprehensive insurance plans that cater to the unique needs of each client while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention within the agency.

Cross-Selling: Identify and recommend additional insurance products that could benefit clients based on their needs.

Customer Support: Provide exemplary customer service to resolve client issues promptly and maintain a positive experience.

Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, learning new information that can aid in sales effectiveness and client satisfaction.
