Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $40,000 - $60,000 (Base + Commission)

Full-time, consistent Monday - Friday schedule

Insurance licensing (Property & Casualty) preferred, or willingness to complete required licensing (Licensing support is available; required licenses must be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to build rapport and trust with clients

Positive, professional attitude

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the go-to resource for our clients by:

Handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and care

Providing clear information about insurance products and services

Troubleshooting and resolving product or service issues

Documenting and updating customer records accurately

Maintaining knowledge of evolving products, services, and agency processes

Building strong, trusted relationships with clients
