The Elia Saucedo Agency is hiring! Sales experience is REQUIRED. Heavy outbound calling and phone activity, intensive sales training, base + commission can equal to $60k to $100k or more depending on your skill, tenacity, and tenure.

All candidates must be general lines property and casualty, and general lines Life and Health licensed.

Bilingual is preferred.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus.

• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
