· Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in construction, restoration, or environmental consulting
· High school diploma required; relevant higher education preferred
· Proven track record in environmental assessment and consulting

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership
· Conduct thorough environmental inspections of properties
· Perform air quality monitoring and compliance assessments
· Develop remediation and mitigation recommendations
· Work under the direction of the General Manager, COO, or Principal Project Consultant
· Lead special projects as assigned
Project Management
Manage project documentation and reporting
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and insurance representatives
Track project completion dates and manage collection procedures
Review and approve subcontractor payments
Maintain detailed job files and production reports
Client Relations
Interface directly with clients, insurance representatives, and stakeholders
Prepare professional correspondence and technical reports
Handle client communications regarding project status and collections
Maintain positive relationships with all project stakeholders
Administrative Leadership
· Oversee project documentation and file management
· Prepare monthly sales and collection reports
· Coordinate with marketing personnel and executive team
· Manage office supply inventory and purchasing
· Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
