Ability to work in office M-F 10:00a-6:30p OR 8:30a-5:00p shift
Salary Range: $42,880.00 - $78,000.00 per year

-Possess a Closer mentality, be intuitive, resourceful and be coachable.
-Create relationships from a cold start and build rapport quickly.
-A Property & Casualty insurance license is required to sell and earn commissions.
-Life and Health licenses are highly encouraged BONUSES to sell and add more Insurance commissions!
-Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
-Ability to quickly operate a computer while holding an exploratory conversation with leads.

*Meet new business production goals and objectives as established by company standards.
*Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales through phone calls, networking, face-to-face meetings and internet communications.
*Treat each customer contact as a whole person with many needs. Seeing cross and up-sell opportunities, including financial products, even if not initially expressed.
*Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
*Present and explain insurance policy options and concepts in a way that is understandable to a lay person.
