As the Office Manager at Elam-Smith Agency, you will also be able to work hands on with our insured members to ensure the understanding of their policies; as well as in office, to ensure that it is a smooth-running ship. You will be able to stretch your wings as you pioneer social media campaigns, aimed to bring business and interaction to the office!
Salary Range: $15.00 per hour

In office snacks, water, tea/coffee
*Experience in Office/Receptionist or FULL Customer Service for at least 1 year
*Property and Casualty License within first 60 days
*Fluent in use of ALL Microsoft products
*Reliable Transportation
*Ability to be patient in the face of strenuous conversations
*Technically inclined for in office equipment
*Ability to multitask and report in with Agency Owner on progresses
-Answer insured members questions on policies
-Answering any alerts and communicate on behalf of member insured policies
-Walk insured members through all policy binding requirements (included but not limited to downloading apps, electronically signing docs, etc)
-Posting on behalf of agency for social media
-Keep record of lead sources effectiveness and trends
-Work in conjunction with Agency Owner on fine tuning the office practices
-Assist with onboarding new employees
-Trouble shoot/update/etc electrical equipment in office (including but not limited to laptops, GrassHopper phone system, printer, etc)
