Requirements

-Possess a Closer mentality, be intuitive, resourceful and be coachable.

-Create relationships from a cold start and build rapport quickly.

-A Property & Casualty insurance license is required to start commission eligibility.

-Life and Health licensed is a highly encouraged BONUS!

-Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

-Ability to quickly operate a computer while holding conversation with leads

-M-F 8:30a-5:00p or 10:00a-6:30p schedule

Responsibilities

*Meet new business production goals and objectives as established by company standards.

*Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales primarily based on phone calls and internet communications.

*Treat each customer contact as a whole person with many needs. Seeing cross and up-sell opportunities, including financial products, even if not initially expressed.

*Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

*Presents and explains insurance policy options and concepts in a way that is understandable to a lay person.
