Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Bilingual: English/Spanish required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a business related field is a must. Accounting degree huge plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles. Tax preparation experience required.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing a team and leading projects to successful outcomes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to analyze data with high accuracy and consistency.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions promptly.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Integrity: Maintains confidentiality and a high level of professional ethics.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the bookkeeping department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
- Ensure timely and precise completion of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and foster continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and guide a team of bookkeepers, providing support and fostering professional growth within the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve financial reporting and analysis.
