Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Bilingual: Proficient in Spanish and English is required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Strong ability to assess situations and provide solutions effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact positively with clients and build long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently while maintaining satisfaction.
  • Information Update: Keep detailed records of client interactions and maintain updated client information.
  • Policy Assistance: Assist clients in navigating and understanding their insurance options and policies.
  • Support Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and problem resolution for clients.
