Requirements
  • Must have or quickly obtain Insurance Producer's licenses in Property & Casualty, Life & Health (study materials and support provided).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls with enthusiasm and positivity.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service with a track record of exceeding goals.
  • Coachable, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, payments, evidence of insurance, and claims.
  • Welcome new clients and secure trailing documents during onboarding.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify additional needs.
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff and manage the agency's customer database.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
