We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, career minded, results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and/or customer service - preferably in the insurance industry.

Candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assessing their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate policies. You will be working at the forefront of our customer service department while recognizing and creating new client opportunities.

Candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales skills and a commitment to delivering world class customer service.

Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements

Qualifications for the Customer Experience Manager:

 

Must have or be able to quickly obtain Insurance Producer's licenses in Property & Casualty, Life & Health from State of Texas. WE PROVIDE STUDY MATERIAL AND ASSISTANCE FOR THIS!


  • Must be comfortable making outbound sales calls (cold calls) and enjoy communicating with clients over the phone in an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic manner
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be resourceful, and coachable.
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
  • Proven experience in sales and/or customer service with a track record of exceeding defined sales goals
  • Self-confidence, perseverance, the ability to remain positive and maintain progress towards a goal in spite of obstacles and adversity
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.


*Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in navigating policy changes, renewals, taking premium payments, evidence of insurance and claims
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide customized insurance solutions.
  • New client on-boarding- welcoming new customers to agency and securing any trailing documents from customers.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.

  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide customized insurance solutions.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outbound marketing.
  • Manage and update client information in the agency management system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services.
