This position focuses on developing strong client connections, driving new business, and helping customers choose insurance solutions that align their unique needs. You’ll receive hands-on coaching and support from a mentor agent, along with structured training designed to help you build a successful insurance career!

Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Licensing Help

• Strong communication skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Computer and organizational skills
• Insurance License required (guidance and assistance to help you get licensed right away!)

• Utilize networking, referrals, and outreach to develop new business
• Maintain relationships with clients

• Keep accurate record of sales activities and client interactions
