We’re looking for a driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be connecting with clients to provide top-notch Home, Auto, and Commercial insurance solutions. Base Salary is $36,000 + Commission + Bonus.

Salary Range: $36,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License (Required, but not needed to apply)

Be able to obtain license within 30 days. Licensing Assist Available.

  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Hardworking, adaptable, and team-oriented
  • Ability to manage pressure and prioritize effectively
Responsibilities
  • Deliver insurance solutions for Home, Auto, and/or Commercial needs
  • Conduct daily outreach through calls and follow-ups to connect with clients
  • Maintain progress, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Show reliability, adaptability, and dedication in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals
