• Proven experience as an Automotive Collision Manager or in a similar leadership role within a collision center.
• Demonstrated success in managing collision repair operations, including workflow, scheduling, and quality control.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair techniques, parts, and insurance claims processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with collision estimating software and dealership management systems.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive team environment.

• Oversee all daily operations of the collision center, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled technicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work atmosphere.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality repairs and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters, vendors, and customers.
• Manage inventory, order parts, and control costs effectively.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
