Do you enjoy helping people and keeping things organized? Ed Morse Automotive Group is hiring a Service Scheduling Coordinator to support our busy service department in Delray Beach, FL.

In this role, you’ll be the friendly first voice our customers hear and the detail-oriented team member who keeps our schedule running efficiently. You’ll assist customers with booking vehicle service appointments, answer questions, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoys assisting others. If you’re dependable, upbeat, and ready to be part of a supportive team that values your contributions, we’d love to meet you.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, scheduling, or a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office setting
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls professionally and courteously
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments accurately
  • Provide clear information about services, timelines, and next steps
  • Work closely with the service team to manage availability and maintain an organized calendar
  • Respond to customer questions or concerns with professionalism and care
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer communications
