This is a sales position. There is no policy servicing involved. If you do not want to do sales, this job is not for you.
- MUST COMPLETE ASSESSMENT TO RECEIVE FOLLOWUP CONTACT
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Coachable, able to follow directions and agency processes
- Excellent Communication/negotiation/interpersonal skills.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license is required before starting
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Follow agency standards and processes
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Use agency tech including QuoteVideos, our CRM, intake proceedures etc
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, text and potential client lists.
