Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Active P&C and Life/Health license
- Preferred: Familiarity with QuoteVids, AgencyZoom, or similar platforms
- Willing to obtain an Illinois non-resident license (we’ll help with this)
- Strong computer skills and comfort using digital tools & CRMs
- Ability to follow structured steps and stay organized
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Complete assessment that will be sent to you after this application
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through pre-built quoting and enrollment workflows
- Work qualified leads daily in our CRM (AgencyZoom) — full training provided
- Communicate with clients via phone, text, email, and video
- Present policies using QuoteVids (training provided)
- Follow internal agency scripts and process checklists
- Collaborate with our support and service team for seamless handoffs
