We are seeking a Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager dedicated to delivering exceptional service, maintaining strong client relationships, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow accounts. In this role, you will engage with current customers, review and renew accounts, and cross-sell insurance products to maximize client value. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, with a total salary range of $35,000 - $50,000, based on experience and performance.

Requirements
  • Licensing: Valid Texas Property & Casualty License is essential.
  • Experience: Previous experience in managing personal lines of insurance accounts is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and meet client needs.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve client queries efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team while also being able to work independently when needed.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM systems and insurance software platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
  • Account Management: Oversee and manage the accounts of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are continuously met and updated.
  • Policy Advisement: Provide personalized advice on policy options, coverage details, and other inquiries to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and files for client interactions and transactions, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Renewals and Changes: Assist clients with policy renewals and any changes they wish to make, offering support to facilitate a smooth process.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to encourage trust and loyalty, enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure clients receive the highest standard of service.
