Generate quotes.
Review Coverage options with prospects and clients.
Assist clients with changes to their policy.
Call new clients and welcome them to the agency.
Monitor discounts to ensure clients are receiving the best rates and proper coverages.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
