• Property & Casualty License Required. 
• 3+ years Property Insurance, Business Insurance, General Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance, and Commercial Auto Insurance experience required.  
• Intermediate computer & technical proficiency, including Applied Systems or similar agency management software. 
• Competent understanding of MA Registry of Motor Vehicles rules and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask. 

• Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.
• Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, assisting with policy changes and claims.
• Sale and Placement of Additional Insurance Lines to current accounts.. 
• Issuing insurance documentation as required. 
• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
