Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Michigan Property & Casualty License is preferred

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar field is desirable.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Customer-Focused: Strong ability to meet and exceed client expectations by providing superior service.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Engage and build relationships with potential and current clients, understanding their insurance needs.
  • Policy Sales: Present and sell insurance policies, customizing solutions to meet client needs.
  • Customer Support: Address client inquiries and provide solutions efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitive products, and regulatory changes within the insurance industry.
  • Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products that might suit client needs.
  • Networking: Develop and maintain a network of contacts to grow the referral base and drive sales.
