EIG Insurance Center is looking for a Sales Associate who enjoys connecting with people and turning good conversations into lasting relationships. Based in Long Beach, California, this is an in-office role where your voice, energy, and attention to detail will make a real difference every day. You’ll be part of a team that values honesty, helpful service, and a straightforward approach to sales. We want someone who can listen carefully, understand what a customer needs, and explain options in a way that feels clear and reassuring. In this role, you won’t just be making calls or following up on leads. You’ll be helping people make important decisions with confidence. Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Licensing Assistance

• Prior sales experience, ideally in an insurance, retail, or customer service setting.
• Clear, confident communication skills with a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust with new and existing clients.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills to manage leads and client conversations.
• Comfort working in an in-office setting in Long Beach, California.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Self-motivation and consistency in meeting daily and weekly sales goals.
• Preferred experience working with insurance products or related services.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

• Speak with prospects and clients to understand their needs and guide them toward the right solutions.
• Follow up on leads in a timely way and keep conversations moving with care and attention.
• Present products and services in a clear, helpful way that makes decisions easier for the customer.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and opportunities in the sales system.
• Support a positive client experience from the first conversation through the close.
• Work closely with the team to share updates, discuss opportunities, and improve results.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while keeping the customer’s best interest in focus.
• Stay informed on company offerings so you can answer questions with confidence.
