• Knowledge of Medicare plans, enrollment rules, and related healthcare coverage options.
• Experience in insurance sales, customer service, or benefits advising.
• Strong communication skills for clear, patient conversations with clients.
• Ability to explain complex information in a simple, reassuring way.
• Accuracy and attention to detail when handling applications and policy information.
• Comfort using CRM systems, phone systems, and basic computer applications.
• Preferred experience working with senior clients or in healthcare-related insurance.
