Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Kansas Property & Casualty License (willing to obtain prior to start date)
  • Bilingual (Required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and follow-ups
  • Support sales efforts
  • Maintain strong client relationships and retention
  • Present insurance options based on client needs
  • Answer phones/help walk ins
  • Underwriting notices - adding/removing drivers, discussing inspection issues
  • Provide proof of insurance
  • Payments (process as well as calling to collect past due payments)
  • Responding to emails
  • Data entry in EZlinx - CRM
  • Welcome Calls - welcome new clients to agency, review newly written policies
  • Return mail/mail needing addressed
  • Auditing new business for completion/compliance
  • Opportunity for advancement - moving up to Account Manager or Claims Specialist
