Requirements
- Licensing Requirements:
- You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- Preferred candidate will have a background in insurance or be willing to learn the industry.
- Showcases advanced technical and cognitive capabilities to ensure precision and accuracy in tasks.
- Assess and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, ensuring that critical client needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge. This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Agency Management System (AMS) is a BONUS.
- Act as a dedicated team player, fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
- Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
- Utilize various computer systems to take premium payments, update and make changes to policies, and service renewals.
- Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
- Shop renewals based on client updates and plans and current market conditions.
