Requirements
  • Licensing Requirements:
  • You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
  • Preferred candidate will have a background in insurance or be willing to learn the industry.
  • Showcases advanced technical and cognitive capabilities to ensure precision and accuracy in tasks.
  • Assess and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, ensuring that critical client needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge. This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Agency Management System (AMS) is a BONUS. 
  • Act as a dedicated team player, fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent service to clients.
Responsibilities
  • Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
  • Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
  • Utilize various computer systems to take premium payments, update and make changes to policies, and service renewals.
  • Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals. 
  • Shop renewals based on client updates and plans and current market conditions.
