• Previous customer service experience in an insurance or financial services setting is desirable. Licensed in Property, Casualty, and Life insurance is desired or willing to get licensed before start date.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients, demonstrating patience and understanding.
• Familiarity with computer systems and proficient in using relevant software applications.
• Ability to manage time effectively and maintain a positive attitude towards work.

• Provide exceptional support and guidance to our clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all information.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a welcoming and positive experience both in-person and over the phone.
• Quickly and effectively identify and resolve client concerns, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop a strong understanding of our insurance products and services to effectively assist clients with their needs.
• Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless client service and support.
