• High school diploma required; B.A./B.S. degree preferred.
• Proven insurance Account Management and independent P&C insurance brokerage required.
• Must have an active P&C insurance license and life license a plus.
• CISR, CIC, CPCU, AAI, AIS or similar designations are preferred. 
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

• The Personal Lines Account Manager will perform the essential duties of assisting producers in servicing a book of business, including new and renewal marketing and placement.
• The ability to cultivate new business with both existing and new accounts is also a critical function of this position.
• The individual who fills this position is the Personal Lines link between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by the company.
• Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
