Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Licensing:
A Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license is required.
Not yet licensed? We provide comprehensive study materials, flashcards, practice tests, and one-on-one support to help you get licensed quickly and confidently.
Work Environment:
This position offers in-office, hybrid, or fully remote flexibility.
For remote work, you must have a dedicated home office space and a reliable internet connection.
Experience:
Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required. If you're motivated, coachable, and eager to learn, well give you the tools and training to succeed.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You'll be guiding clients through important decisions, so clarity and professionalism are key.
Customer Focus:
A genuine desire to help others, build trust, and provide value to clients. Were looking for relationship builders who go the extra mile.
Self-Motivation & Accountability:
You should be organized, proactive, results-driven, and accountable to your commitments you make to your clients and team. This is especially important in remote or flexible environments.
