As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an employee of the agency and not of Farmers Insurance or its affiliates. Agency staff members perform the fundamental role of servicing customers, supporting the agency owner, and building strong relationships within the community. CSR's have the opportunity to work as a member of a team of professionals focused on providing insurance products to help customers protect their homes, cars, recreational vehicles, businesses and families.
Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Strong organizational skills
• Property and Casualty/Life and Health licenses with one year minimum insurance agency experience preferred (unlicensed candidates who are willing to obtain licenses may also be considered)
• Previous sales experience is a plus. Insurance experience preferred but not necessary with a proven sales background
• Ensure positive customer experience with every interaction
• Handle and process all leads (in person, phone, sales, service, etc.) in a timely manner
• Deepening relationships with customers by selling additional products
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Providing excellent customer service by processing payments and reporting claims
