We’re hiring an Insurance Sales Representative who is ready to grow a career, not just clock in for a job. Whether you're new to insurance or already licensed, this role is designed to launch you into a lucrative and fulfilling career within a supportive and dynamic team.

  • Base Salary: $36,000/year starting
  • Uncapped Commission: We will outspend any agency within 50 miles in compensation
  • Monday to Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off
  • Hybrid Remote Flexibility: Work from home or in the office as needed
  • Six-figure income is possible; many team members go on to run their own agencies

Responsibilities
  • Master our lead software and CRM tools
  • Call paid, warm leads to generate quotes and close sales
  • Conduct 10+ quotes or 80 outbound calls daily
  • Role-play scenarios to improve closing skills
  • Study for and obtain a P&C license (we cover the entire cost!)
