Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our insurance products and services.

Engage potential clients in conversation to assess their insurance needs and provide information about our offerings.

Schedule appointments for licensed agents to follow up with qualified leads.

Maintain accurate records of calls made and responses received in our CRM system.

Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.

Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to closing.

Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics, including call volume and appointment setting.

Stay informed about our insurance products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
