Hands on Training

• Valid state insurance license (Property & Casualty and Life & Health).
• Proven track record of success in insurance sales, preferably in home, auto, and life insurance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
• High level of integrity and ethical conduct.

• Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements.
• Present and explain insurance policy options, including home, auto, and life insurance, to potential clients. 
• Close sales and ensure proper completion of applications and documentation.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. Both personally and as a team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and processing policy changes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert advice on insurance matters.
• Maintain Texas Insurance Property and Casualty and Texas Life and Health License.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal insurance regulations.
• Complete required training and continuing education courses.
• Utilize provided CRM and other sales related software.
