We offer a Base Salary + Commission Opportunity, varying with PT or FT employment
Candidates will be emailed an online assessment once interest is shown in the position. Assessment must be completed for further consideration of the position.
Remote work could become an option after all training is completed.
Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Licensed preferred, but willing to train. License must be obtained within 45 days.

Licensure: Must hold an active insurance license in the state of New Jersey. We can discuss how to obtain. Eligible for commissions once licensed and trained. Commissions can only be earned if properly licensed
Industry Experience: At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to prioritize customers' needs and build lasting relationships.
Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
Remote Work Ability: Must be comfortable and productive in a hybrid remote work setting.
Technical Proficiency: Familiar with insurance software systems and standard office applications.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding and addressing their insurance needs.
Sales Generation: Actively seek out and establish new clients to expand the customer base, ensuring Allstate's suite of insurance products reaches a broader audience.
Insurance Solutions: Provide tailored insurance solutions that meet the specific requirements of clients, enhancing their insurance portfolios.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to strategize and achieve sales goals, fostering a positive work environment.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with informed and up-to-date advice.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with Allstate's policies and the industry's regulatory standards.
