Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensing: Must have an active Property & Casualty License, preferably in West Virginia.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales or insurance roles is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Customer-Centric: Ability to develop trust and rapport with clients, focusing on their needs and satisfaction.
  • Remote Work Capability: Comfortable and productive working full-time remotely.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency with digital communication tools, CRM platforms, and online sales systems.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Sales Process: Drive the sales process from inquiry to close, ensuring clients are provided with clear, concise, and comprehensive information.
  • Policy Recommendations: Evaluate and recommend appropriate insurance products based on client circumstances to match their needs and preferences.
  • Portfolio Management: Proactively suggest enhancements to client portfolios through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing insurance needs are met efficiently.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance industry trends, updates, and new products to offer clients the best possible advice.
