Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Missouri Property & Casualty, and Life, Accident and Health Licenses must be obtained prior to start date.

Experience: Prior experience in insurance or sales roles is advantageous but not required.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Motivated: Self-driven with a positive attitude towards achieving targets and goals.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address customer needs with appropriate solutions.

Team Player: Ability to work well within a supportive and integrated team environment.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential and existing clients to understand and cater to their insurance needs.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the insurance products offered, enabling effective advice and solutions.

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the St. Louis area through various channels.

Policy Customization: Design, tailor, and suggest policies that best fit client requirements, ensuring maximum satisfaction.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Reporting: Track and report the progress of sales, making informed recommendations for future strategies.
