Experience: Proven experience as an automotive bookkeeper or accountant is preferred.

Attention to Detail: Must possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy in managing financial records.

Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records for Dralle Chevrolet Buick.
Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Expense Management: Oversee and track expenses, comparing actual costs with budgets and authorized purchases.
Payroll Processing: Manage payroll activities, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation and benefits processing.
Budget Management: Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing critical support to management decisions.
Audit Preparation: Prepare necessary documents and reports for internal and external audits.
Reporting: Generate financial reports for management review, highlighting areas of concern or opportunities for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure all accounting activities follow established legal and Company standards, staying informed about state and federal laws.
Collaborative Role: Work closely with other departments to ensure integrated business operations and efficient financial management.
