Salary Range: $65,000.00 per year

Valid NY State Property & Casualty Broker License (Required)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, preferably in a sales or producer role.
Demonstrated success in developing and managing a book of business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting principles.
Proficiency in agency management systems (AMS360, Epic, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an office setting.
Develop and implement strategies to generate new commercial lines business and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
Market accounts to various insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage and pricing.
Prepare and present insurance proposals, explaining coverages and recommendations clearly.
Service existing accounts, addressing client inquiries, claims issues, and renewal processes promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and efficient policy administration.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes relevant to commercial insurance.
