Salary Range: $50,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: An active New York State Property & Casualty License is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar role is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively engage with clients.

Customer-Centric: A strong focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations with a positive attitude.

Remote Work Proficiency: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote environment while maintaining high productivity and collaboration.

Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work cohesively with team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and communication tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Proactively engage with prospects and existing clients to assess their insurance needs.

Policy Recommendations: Provide tailored recommendations and solutions to clients based on their unique situations and coverage gaps.

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for additional coverage and suggest relevant products to enhance client portfolios.

Lead Generation: Actively seek and pursue new business opportunities through referrals and networking.

Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry changes, advancements, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration: Work closely with the office team to ensure a seamless client experience and to meet agency goals.
