Active NYS P&C license
Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle client issues and provide effective solutions promptly.

Client Assistance: Serve as the primary contact for clients, answering inquiries and assisting with personal lines insurance policies.
Policy Management: Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner.
Claim Support: Assist clients with the claims process, providing them with guidance and support to ensure a smooth experience.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and other relevant information in our database.
Relationship Maintenance: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized solutions.
Problem Resolution: Proactively address client issues and resolve them efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
