Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an administrative or secretarial role within the insurance industry.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition to interact positively with clients and colleagues.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer information and documentation.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with insurance management software specifically Ezlynx

Active NYS P&C license

Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle client issues and provide effective solutions promptly.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions and uphold the reputation of Doug Neil Insurance Agency.

Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Serve as the primary contact for clients, answering inquiries and assisting with personal lines insurance policies.

Policy Management: Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner.

Claim Support: Assist clients with the claims process, providing them with guidance and support to ensure a smooth experience.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and other relevant information in our database.

Relationship Maintenance: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized solutions.

Problem Resolution: Proactively address client issues and resolve them efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.

Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
