We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Rep to help grow our expanding business. This role is ideal for someone who values consultative selling and professional growth within a supportive environment.
- First-year earnings of $60,000 to $80,000

Requirements
- Prior insurance sales or related experience a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain complex coverage concepts clearly and confidently
- Proven sales, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing with agency support
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through needs-based consultations and ongoing service
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and marketing efforts
- Analyze client risk exposures and design tailored insurance solutions
- Coordinate with carriers and brokers to negotiate coverage terms and pricing
- Manage renewals by reviewing coverage annually and remarketing when appropriate
- Build and manage a profitable book of business focused on retention and long-term value
