• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and empathetic in stressful situations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant plus.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage, and billing.
• Assist policyholders with making changes to their accounts, such as updating information or adjusting coverage.
• Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
