• Proven experience in recruitment, operations, or administrative roles (Insurance Experience is a plus).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Systems
• A positive, self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Operations Management

• Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with Farmers Insurance procedures
• Support agency onboarding by coordination training schedules and assisting with required documentation.
• Oversee office operation, including managing calendars, organizing events, and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Overseeing management of agency accounts insuring we have first rate customer service within our agency.

Recruitment:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified Protege, account specialists, and Producer candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate and lead recruitment events, such as career fairs and informational webinars.
• Build relationships with potential recruits and maintain consistent follow-up communication.
