Job Overview

Farmers Insurance District 37 is seeking a passionate and goal driven District Sales Leader to join our team. The District Sales Leader is responsible for providing marketing support and training for our new and existing agency owners, while assisting in the development of our new agency candidate pipeline. Our ideal candidate will possess the drive and determination to grow sales and marketing through hands on efforts with our agency owners.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements

1-2 years of Insurance Sales Experience
A genuine passion for training and the desire to surround yourself with other like-minded professionals.
A competitive nature
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Bilingual Preferred

Responsibilities

Coach & Mentor Agency Owners to meet business objectives
Develop & Implement Marketing strategies within local offices
Develop and implement community event marketing strategies
Assist agency owners in email marketing campaigns
Assist agency owners in direct mail advertising campaigns
Source agency candidates through multiple platforms provided by the District Office
Building strong working relationships with key figures across the company
Maintaining candidate documentation including candidate assessment profiles
Train Agency Owners and their teams on Insurance Products
Assist Agency Owners and their teams in customer retention strategies
Educating and influencing candidates around the brand message, our vision and mission
Networking at various events across Austin and building candidate attraction pools
