Farmers District 80, led by Candice Salcedo, is hiring a District Sales & Agency Growth Manager to partner with more than 40 active agencies across the region. This role blends sales leadership, business consulting, recruiting, and agent development to elevate the success of both new and experienced Farmers agents.
This is the perfect role for high-performing professionals in insurance sales management, recruiting, sales training, or business development who want to make an impact — with a clear path toward becoming a District Manager.
You will act as the performance coach, strategist, and leadership partner for agents as they grow their agencies, recruit new talent, and maximize production. You will also lead new agent onboarding and guide candidates through the Agent-in-Training and Agency Ownership pathways — helping them launch, scale, and succeed.
