• No prior insurance experience required - Comprehensive PAID training is provided.
• Sales experience preferred, but we will train motivated professionals who demonstrate drive and discipline. We value ambition, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn above everything else.
• Current Property & Casualty, plus Life, Health, and Annuities license, or willingness to obtain with district support. Must be able to able to obtain P&C license prior to starting. Licensure study materials paid for by Farmers District 80.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

• Provide expert advice on insurance coverage options, including auto, home, life, business, and other specialty lines.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to assess their insurance needs.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, policy changes, claims, and other customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
