Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • 2+ years recruiting experience, ideally in sales, insurance, financial services, or agency recruiting.
  • Ability to sell the dream of entrepreneurship, business ownership, and income potential to candidates.
  • Proven ability to close candidates, overcome objections, and motivate ambitious talent.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, drip email campaigns, and CRM systems.
  • Strong Excel skills for KPI tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Comfortable with high outbound activity—calls, messages, interviews, presentations.
  • Strong follow-through to ensure candidates complete:
  • Pre-licensing coursework
  • State exams
  • Appointment paperwork
  • Desire to grow into a leadership role (District Manager track).
  • Willing to obtain P&C and Life & Health licenses (FREE prep course provided).




Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Source, screen, interview, and hire high-caliber insurance professionals and future agency owners.
  • Build pipelines using LinkedIn, AI tools, job boards, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Present Farmers’ business model, income potential, and growth trajectory.
  • Paint a compelling picture of what candidates’ futures could look like.
  • Convert prospects into committed candidates through strong storytelling + sales ability.
  • Position the Farmers career opportunity as the path to long-term wealth and independence.


Daily Recruiting Activity

  • Make daily outbound calls to qualified prospects.
  • Conduct screening interviews and run virtual career presentations.
  • Hold persuasive, high-energy conversations that inspire candidates to take action.

Follow-Through & Licensing Management

  • Manage each candidate from “interested” → “licensed” → “onboarded.”

Track and ensure completion of:

  • Pre-licensing coursework
  • State exam dates
  • Appointment and contracting documents
  • Maintain a structured pipeline with daily follow-up.


Pipeline Reporting & Analytics

  • Use Excel and dashboards to track recruiting KPIs such as:
  • Licensing progress
  • Interview-to-hire ratios
  • Pipeline activity volume
  • Sales aptitude indicators
  • Candidate progression milestones
  • New Agent Success Support
  • Coach new recruits through their first phase of licensing, study schedules, and early sales production.
  • Provide accountability, motivation, and leadership during onboarding.
