Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in insurance sales or a similar role, preferably in a leadership position.
Licensing: Current Minnesota Property & Casualty License required.
Leadership Skills: Proven track record in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess and solve complex problems effectively.

Technology Proficiency: Familiar with digital sales tools, CRM software, and modern communication platforms.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
