As our new Agency Director, you will be at the forefront of our operations, spearheading initiatives that drive growth and innovation within the agency. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding our team towards excellence, as you nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders alike. Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in insurance sales or a similar role, preferably in a leadership position.

Licensing: Current Minnesota Property & Casualty License required.

Leadership Skills: Proven track record in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess and solve complex problems effectively.

Adaptability: Willingness to embrace change and thrive in a hybrid remote working environment.

Technology Proficiency: Familiar with digital sales tools, CRM software, and modern communication platforms.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of insurance professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and growth.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company's business goals and objectives.

Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the team's performance to ensure high standards are maintained.

Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales and operational performance to senior management.
